I saved this piece of sidewall way back in the eighties. If I remember correctly, it had a thin white stripe on the other side, and for sure it was on an early 14 x 6 Rally II.

I'm not sure if that's the correct bracket or not, but the hole on the bracket with the nut welded on the back should go up- towards the hole in the floor.
