Exhaust system design '67 LeMans?

Time for a new exhaust system for the '67. Current engine is a warmed over '69 400, but future engine will be a full roller 434 with a whiff of N2O. D-port hooker headers, TH400 transmission.

So what does a AFR gauge read on E10 vs straight gas? Does the gauge read richer on E10 if lambda isn't calibrated to E10? Meaning the gauge may read 12.0 AFR, when the actual AFR is about 12.6?
