Thanks, everything seems to be affirming my initial thought that I need to fire on carb then switch to EFI once it has fired and running good, eliminates that variable

one thing on the billing codes, The PHS documentation did not show what the codes in fields 74, 75,76, and 77, Any ideas? 74 is G, 75 is Y, 76 is Z, and 77 is J.
