Can Am Rally Rims

I have a set of 15x7 Rally rims that are original to a Pontiac Can Am if anyone needs a set for their Can Am. Local pick up would be best because they have old tires on them. Rims are in good shape...

Are you talking about the rag joint or upper joint? The rag joint is rivited but it has to be replaceable so how does it come off?
