Anybody know what colors were used on the driveshaft's of 77, 78 & 79 four speeds? Would also like to know colors for an auto as well.

Remove inner structure from four fenders and weld...

Remove inner structure from four fenders and weld one pair was approximately eight hours. Pretty sure that included sandblasting the pieces before welding as well.

According to the repair manual, there is a tee in the system, but only with a 4 speed.

'77 upper rod: 0-5624
'78 upper rod: 3067

'77 lower rod: no # (pitted)

Unfortunatley I do not think anybody is making a vacuum hose kit for the firebirds, however...

77 and earlier cars used a steel reinforcement bar and something like number 12 size coarse screws. Beginning in 78 steel rivets were used.
