77/78 rear bumper cover

Can anyone tell the specs or point me in the right direction on the rear cover. The 10 screws/bolts that connect the rear cover to the rear reinforcement bar? I'm cannot find anything at AMK...

Forgive me is this has been covered. Can I run a formula wheel on a 77 non-tilt column without any issues? Of course, all the correct hub/horn items that are for the wheel. Will I have any space...

I'm in the process of installing 74-78 rear body panel on a rust free 80 shell. The car is an LS swap-pro-touring style build. I just drilled out the old rear body panel and left the upper trunk...
