Fuse Block Power - 62 Cat

No mice! There is simply no 12v power at the fuse block. All switches and lights check out as OK by separate independent resistance checks with an ohm meter.

I took another look under the dash, removed a bunch of old insulation, pushed a bunch of wires out of the way and was able to spot (with a mirror and refelected light)...
