window motors installation
I've decided to put all new window motors in. The one I got from Rock Auto works so much faster than the 55 year old ones.
It looks like I have to remove the glass and regulators to accomplish...

shortened the window sash
I did not remove the passenger's window, but raised it and measure the top piece. I then took the repop driver's sash to the welder for re-fabrication.
I got the lower, driver's side one to work....
