Has anyone used a derale 17117 fan and hayden 2747 clutch combo ? Putting it on a 350. Car currently has standard non clutch fan .

I purchased 2 new 225-70-15s for the front last...

I purchased 2 new 225-70-15s for the front last year and they are good, no browning. I clean the rears that are the older ones with purple power cleaner from time to time .

I have a VFN formula hood on my 74. Im not sure...

I have a VFN formula hood on my 74. Im not sure but it may have a little more clearance. I will look asap.

Just put them in my 74. Mine is for street use only , no race, but very satisfied so far. Wanted to be able to adjust the ride height mainly. The car rides better than it did on coil springs.

My 74 did that and it was the sending unit gone...

My 74 did that and it was the sending unit gone bad. Replaced it and worked fine.

Finally installed the sending unit I got from classic industries. It exits to the correct side of the tank and works great so far.

wish I had seen this about a month ago before i got mine painted and put on the car. I would really rather have a good factory hood since my car is all original.

I am in Ms. I have a vfn on my 74, just wondering why you want vfn over original.I have an original but has broken corners. Are your corners and vent grills in good shape?
