I've used the Spohn and BMR late model drag bars...

I've used the Spohn and BMR late model drag bars in 98-02 LS1 4th gen cars, and the cars leave perfectly even.

So is the concensus adjustable lowers? :)

I'm not a huge ARB fan, though I've driven cars with them. If I were to build a car and also drive it on the street, I'd lean towards the Spohn drag...

Thanks a million, I really appreciate the detailed replies. I'd personally prefer adjustable lowers over uppers. I've run rod/rod style arms, sure they get a little noisy but it's not that bad.

Dr's are less forgiving that's true. I'd run ET Drags before I'd run ET Streets again, the drag's are even more consistent and 60'd better for me.

Hmm I don't think the local class would care to that extent, it's more that ladder bars and coil overs would not be allowed. If that's the case, I could maybe have my buddy set up some coil springs...

Question is, what's the car doing. I was schooled by Madman that you have to get the weight on the back tires and keep it on there. So the nose should stay up a bit. I used QA1 R shocks in my '98...
