Anyone near Homewood, IL?

I have been receiving pictures and messaging a guy about a 1964 Grand Prix in Homewood, IL. I was wondering if there are any members nearby that would be willing to look the car over for me?
Thanks

Correct name for this part?

What is the correct name for this washer that fastens on the rear of the cam?
I was calling it a cam retainer, but was unsure if it was actually referred to as something else.
Thanks
