Car is going into paint, it will be a while before I do the headliner and belts.

I will definitely be using the Morris belt setup.

Yeah, I am pretty sure I will go with the Morris belt setup, wish it didn't have the funky metal strap where the shoulder attaches to the roof though.

Or am I thinking of a different setup?

Well, mine are the xmas tree type side rails, I just drilled holes in the roof inner structure to accomodate them, which is non-destructive, can always go back to bow type headliner after.
