The ribbon is only for the rear lighting and fuel tank sender. I don't think optional equipment would be incorporated into it.
As an example, My Rear Speaker and Defogger both have separate power...

A quick glance at the Color enhanced wiring...

A quick glance at the Color enhanced wiring schematics between '66 & '67 I have show different colors of wires/sequence so I would be inclined to say NO.
