Had 3-sets of Long Branch Ds throughout me hobby: Each set sold for about $400. More than i had into them. Would recommend them for early Birds & Big Cars.

Was a thrill finding them in $50 428HO...

Yes; ponding to accumulate ( my front yard has 7 of em), gutters with underground drain-aways, and a drain pipe for along the house long-edge was the best result.

Pick the case you prefer for originality. I would use a Big Car case...

Great summary. My looksy found the oil variants to be moot. The cam core avail is alarming, or an opportunity for aftermarket to step-in. How hard can it be to make cam cores!

SAE papers were written in the 50's to address sleeve bearing babbit corrosion. Oil additives were developed to solve that corrosion. ....and now such corrosion is back. Wow.

Pro-tip; use 90's Towncar's radiator hose clamp...

Pro-tip; use 90's Towncar's radiator hose clamp (a 2-tab spread hard steel) on the GTO upper Hose for grest results. no adj needed.
