ALL 70-81 rear package trays had the stamped provisions for rear shoulder belt anchor point....but option was discontinued early in the 71 model year..

I could see how somebody could easily destroy these moldings...if they were in a hurry...

There are 5 green clips.....that are screwed to the body......from the inside and are likely installed...
