3 inch Delco pulley. Number 8 size. very uncommon size. Corvette used wider pulleys than this and they also had a deep groove meaning wider belt capability. A Vet pulley may be what Tom got on ebay.

I would use all this money to buy the starter with the stamp on the wrong side and having a threaded hole on the side. If you like it just use it and enjoy the car.
