I know what you mean about the feeling--I too have a one-owner survivor car that was well cared for by its owner. Mine had 82,000 miles when I got it.

WTB: '69 (68-72) Convertible Boot Slide Rail

For a '69 LeMans, any 68-72 LeMans/GTO should fit. This is the rail that mounts to the back of the seat/seat divider that the front of the convertible boot slides into.
