So its safe to say that a 1967 Firebird Sprint...

So its safe to say that a 1967 Firebird Sprint delivered in California would or should have A.I R. installed at time of delivery and the engine code would be ZR or ZL. Thanks for all the info.

Can the 66-68 be drilled out for a bypass and a shorter shaft installed or maybe cut off to make a 69? Looks like some of the 69 pumps have the 66-68 tap for the bypass and maybe someone made a 69.

Ordered one about a month ago from rock auto....

Ordered one about a month ago from rock auto. Only way to get 68 was rebuild service but could order a 66, and did. Go figure ?

You might try flat out gaskets (877-837-9200) or Marx Parts LLC.(715-652-2405) They both had them at one time, but you will need to call, they don"t list them.

I have a 230 with california emissions and smog 1 barrel carb and it has the regular two grove water pump pulley,not the one in picture. It does have the a single grove pulley bolted to the HB.
