Is your throttle stop/delay one that has you at an idle/set rpm then opens when ready to go, or on the mat and the 2 step keeps it at a set rpm until ready to go?

Thanks, I thought with the heads they were ported for more flow than previously. (why he changed the cam also)

If the only changes were cam, rods and heads, I'd say the combo needed tuned to those new changes? Intake specs to work with the heads, carb change to work with the new specs, cam wrong for head...

As Paul said, mine were 1.81" installed. When I put a roller in I used CC 999 springs which did not need any work to install. That cam ran great. (HO-Racing used in their SD SS TA)

Some alternators have a threaded hole for a ground attachment. Wouldn't hurt to add a wire there to battery.
