I was looking at trying to find one with the stubs, but no one makes them for D ports that I found. So I already changed my mind on doing it with a blank flange.

Note that when installing the bearings it greatly helps to put a fine marker line on the back side of the bearings in line with the oil hole so you can keep it centered as needed as you pull or drive...
