Primers/fillers, etc.. flat out will not stick to por 15 for any length of time.. if you need to apply any sort of filler, remove the pro 15 first

I built the system, with the ability to piggy back a mega squirt controller to it if necessary, and I actually have the mega squirt, I still need to get another chip for it to control the iac motor.....

the regulator you're showing appears to be located in the fuel tank..
No such creature in my car... the fuel pressure regulator is located directly on the fuel rail, and is vacuum...

My recommendation??? hand sand it back to the VERY thin flex coating over the foam..
And invest in the flexible parts...

would the actual pressure be different under load conditions?

I'm using (2) Subaru turbo chargers designed for the 1.8 motors,each turbo is set up from the factory for 8 lbs boost yeah they're small, but my objective is to make a fun street...
