From what I can see the tach looks original due...

From what I can see the tach looks original due to the fine indentation on the lip of the front bezel, But it really is a bad pic to try to judge anything from.

The A body and F body 67 Hood Tachs are different...

The A body and F body 67 Hood Tachs are different Part Numbers. The F body Hood tach face is black with green division lines and numbers where the A body tach face is blue with white division lines...

The 63-64 tachs, have a potentiometer that is molded into the epoxy Peter Serio speaks of. This is for adjusting calibration. However there probably will not be enough current output of the circuit...
