you would have to look at your setup to see how the axle bolts are mounted and if they could be replaced if instead they were cut. Only have 4 67 a bodys as a check.

why? use olds 403 mounts from any firebird 77-81 that had a 403 and headers as well. nothing special about the pan for 403 in firebirds. bigger issue is everything has to be swapped side to side...

well, the VIN wil give it away whenever it is sold and then the price issue will come into play. This will be very difficult to do without a jig.

agreed, no c locks, but you could pull the axle once you undo the 4 bolts holding it onto the backing plate. my 67 has the axle nuts on the outside so it could be done. I like the dremel or undoing...
