The block on the frame in 67 is a distribution block. Back in about '85 I added a 69 disc brake set-up with power to my 67 Tempest and all worked well.

I also have the pro 6 ten compressor in my 67 GTO. New evaporator, condenser, hoses, dryer and everything else too, including a rebuilt POA. Finally had it blowing 43* last year after several years...

I wouldn't pay until the problem is fixed. I'm sure you didn't ask them to rebuild your engine so it would have a leak. If you pay before they fix the problem you'll be SOL.
