I would be glad to machine a gear that you already have! As long as it is a billet steel piece, there should be no problems. I would worry about some "cast" gears during the machining process. Have not had very good results with these.
Send me your gear, and I'll modify your gear for my set up for $150 plus shipping back to you.
Thats your gear and my plate,bearings/races,bolts and alignment tool for that price.
