How many CFM's would I need with an electric fan to run my car in traffic? I have a GTO 400/th400, with a small(ish) cam/headers/exhaust. I want to drive my car in traffic (Ocean City Cruise), but don't want it to get above 190.
Would I need to step it up much more if I built a 500hp 455?
