The key is Ram Air- regardless of what engine is under the hood. With Ram Air- black scoops. Without- body color.
Now, as for the correct gloss, I seem to recall most being gloss black. But, since I don't have a RA car, this is only from what I recall seeing on other cars.
As for "reproduction" paint- just get black, and mix in flatting base if required for a semi-gloss or flat color. There is no need to go out and pay for "unique" black paint- black is black, and gloss is just a simple matter of mixing in an additive.
OEM Paints company must make a TON of money off of restorers who aren't familar with the local auto body supply/paint shop...
