Don't know what to tell ya about the cooling system that hasn't already been said other than did you put the T-stat in upright? Check the heating and cooling forum for a wealth of info about divider plate clearance, timing, fans, shrouds, etc. that might give insight as to why it's running a little toasty. 205-210 isn't bad, but I agree it could be better.
