I was just curious about O-Ringing the heads and block.

I plan to run 12:1 .040 455. It could have anywhere from 550ftTQ-600ftTQ at 3000RPM and shifting at/around 5800RPM. I have yet to pick a Roller CAM. I will be using a stall speed no higher than 3000 to keep some street-ability. 700R4 Trans, Eaton 4:10 (I know too much gear), 69 Firbird Conv.

-First would I even need to O-RING?
-Does the block and heads need to be o-ringed?
-Are there special gaskets needed?
-Is it worth it?
-Pros vs. Cons?

SPEED SAFE, AIR RAM

Im putting together a .040 455 with Edelbrock heads (72cc), Eagle Rods, FLAT top J&E Pistons for 12:1, Harland sharp roller Rockers, Fluidampner, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, and 750 Demon Carb. "GOT TRACTION"
