My opinion, it won't lope but it will rip the tires off. It should get you past 5000 RPM. I think that the guys from Comp would know. I have heard negative things about he 268, but nothing but good from the 262 and 274. By the way, where in Chesapeake, used to be stationed at Northwest, lived in Great Bridge. LOL Bill
