Thats a great idea. If we produce an orange jacket with stripes, but no markings... thats not an infringement.
Then we get someone to make a Judge patch, and give them out free if you purchase a jacket. And everyone is on their own to put them on the jacket, if they want (wink..wink)
I am sure GM has not copyrighted the word "Judge". And I don't know if there is actually an official "Judge" logo.
