That's interesting in that it still shows code "J" for the TurboHD. We're still trying to figure out why our billing sheets have a code "P" instead of "J". The PX replaced the PS tranny, although it appears the part number for the tranny stayed the same. We may never know for sure when or why the "P" exists, although it appears to be common. The date of that bulletin is obviously at the start of the 68 production year, so it would seem the last and final changes would be included in that document for '67.
