My '67 was taken to the body & paint shop for it's restoration w/o the grill and header panel. I had decided it be best to have the new/NOS grille inserts, grill, and parking lamps assembled by me vs. someone else. So, once I got the header-panel back from the shop, I assembled it all and brought it to the shop where their assembler and I installed it all onto my newly painted goat. Now, i can't say we didn't chip the paint (just a tad between the side edges of the heaer panel and the inside of the fender) but it's very small and can be touched-up. Likely won't even be noticed unless one has a keen eye.
