Dennis, what do the '71 brackets look like? Pictured below is a '70 TA alternator bracket setup. 1970 Firebird Trans Am used water pump pulley 480511 XW, crankshaft pulley 480507 XK and power steering pulley 480513 YM. A/C cars used water pump pulley 3939002 AH (I really can't make it out, might be something close), crankshaft pulley 480508 XR, A/C pulley 480509 XS and power steering pulley 480513 YM.
