Larger turbo for sure. However, the original design air pressure bonnet enveloped the QJet carburetor, see these:

The Holley fuel bowls interfere with the bonnet. Maybe an Edelbrock Performer (AFB) would fit.

There are several "pressure hats" commercially available that fit the Holley because they are perched on top; I'm sure you've seen them. However, I believe that these "top hats" leave a lot to be desired performance wise. The H-O pressure bonnet had several advanced aerodynamic features which significantly improved performance.

An alternative would be to enclose the Holley with a pressure box. Commercial versions of these are also available, but their performance again may leave something to be desired. An interesting varient is RTech's combination pressure box and intercooler. This was debuted at last month's SEMA show:
