There is two things going here
If you dont have a leak, you h ave a very large air pocket in the radiator ( from replaceing the hoses). Get a pressure tester from a local parts store and pump it up to 20psi and let it sit. If pressure bleeds off with in 5 minutes or soo, you do have a leak.
The other thing to consider is this
the angle of the radiator with the combination of the air dam, make your radiator the perfect dustpan. Many times I have seen the core plugged with sand, dirt. which basically prohibits the air from flowing through it.
ALso check to see if some paper, or a plastic bag is stuck in front of the condenser.
Normal operating temp for your car is 210. ALL DAY LONG. In AZ in the summer its 210-230 its the just the way it is.
secondary fan doesnt come on till 234 without the a/c on.
