Yes, the 72 thing was for three days, and they threw the $3,500 at me.
I plan on keeping any new car for 10 years, just like any other major appliance. The Yukon will be almost worthless by then, and the engine/trans will go in my Elco. Same thing with the Holden, engine and trans will go in something, and the hulk will be sold for parts.
Although, the dealer near me with all the inventory has sold it all (10 units) in the last three weeks, and 5 of them went today according to GM Buypower. I might have gambled and lost on this one after all. We'll see. Good thing I don't care much one way or the other.
