Ray. I see 8.65 qualifying. I see you qualified 11th out of 14 cars. 3 guys slower, but ........... don't see any 8.40's you speak of posted anywhere.
First round of eliminations your were the slowest first round pass, other then the guy you beat. And a bye run. Everyone else ran faster then you qualified at.

The track was bad????
Same deal round #2. I'm confused???
And round #3 Mike went into the 7's.... and 8 flat final pass.

nothins ever good enough for you Dude! the track was good sat for qualifying , but we had power out of the car trying things, look at the MPH it was down 5. we tried to put some back in on sunday, but the conditions wouldnt allow. yes mike went fast as did the other non nitrous cars, but the faster nitrous cars with one exception all lost first round and blew the tires off Bill travato, Frank Messhaw, Phil lines, lipcap and Marc were all top 8 qaulifyers annd all went out first round mike and bob curan were the only two cars in the top 8 that made it past first round. now what dose that tell you when there are more slow cars in the second round than there are fast? HInes came out later in the day and ran a good number as a test pass so did travato, but after some cars went down the track it did come around but first round there was no track!
Dud I could have won the event and you would find somthing wrong

did bruce win his first year in real street?
