OK, you have just described the most common problem that the M90 supercharger has. Noise at idle that goes away with rpm. Chances are it is the drive coupling that connects the drive nose to the supercharger gears. The way to check is as follows. Pull the belt off the supercharger pulley. Move the pulley back and forth. If you feel a clunk with change of directions, it is the coupling. The supercharger should spin easily and smoothly, if not the nose drive bearing are going bad.
