Sorry, Nitro-Methane engines run Solid Aluminum Billet Heads. There are no passages for coolant of any kind (water) to allow you to run the engine for longer periods of time.
A water head is just slang for a cylinder head that has water jackets. Head would come from a casting of aluminum and not a billet of aluminum. Pretty important to have if you want to run more than 5-10 minutes at a time.
