The vacuum lines for your tranny and distributor advance will hook up in different places. I think they both use the 066 cam. Only difference is the carb itself. As far as the manifolds swapping, they are exactly the same. As Seth said, go ahead and do yourself a favor and hit the parts store and buy new fuel and vacuum lines. They will almost always crack and its not a bad idea to change them out anyways while you are in there. Be extremely careful when removing the lines from the plastic 3-way vacuum connection in front of the carb. They crack easily also and you won't find another one if you need it. When I'm doing stuff where I have to remove the lines off that connector, I usually cut the line away with a razor and just replace the line instead if ruining the connector.
