I'm not sure what the finish is called. Ray at Dougans showed me his new machine and it provides an ultra smooth finish. About like a vega finish in a cylinder. The finish I have now is good, but you can see the machine lines. You can also feel them.
Are any of you guys running the cometic gaskets without the mirror like finish on your surfaces?
