I'll have to eat a little crow. Found the "65 Pontiac Accessorizer" booklet that listed factory options and dealer installed options. GM publication "9-64 SP1967", whatever that means. It shows rear seat belts were a dealer installed option. Part # 984496-984506 depending on color and "Custom vs Standard" grade. Cost $5.75 plus dealer installation charges.
