Might be wrong, but if you scanned that picture from a magazine I thought it says what they are in the write-up...
I'd take me a ton of time to find it, but that car either appeared in High Performance Pontiac or the old Car Review or Classic Sixties (what-ever the name eventually came to be)... Scares me I remember that, but I know I've seen that car and I could sware it talks about the rims as well...
