The heads are # 46's but have been changed to large valves 2.11 and 1.77 and are fully ported nothing like the stock head. I dont believe my cam is the same as a xr288 I guess we should assume it between a xr276 and a xr288 Sorry about the confussion it is a 230/236 with a 112 degree lobe seperation
