Unfortunately, I don't know who the manufacturer of these skins are, because the car was restored before I purchased it.
I've dealt with PUI, and I know they would stand behind their product.
It almost looks like the skins were orginally fawn and dyed parchment, and now the parchment is wearing off.
A friend of mine Greg also had a similar problem with skins for his '65. The seats were assembled, wrapped in plastic and sat in a dry closet.
