I am not sure if PY has these but I have seen them in AMES catalog. They are screw in type anchor studs. I have a 68 and they will work for me, I dont see why they wouldnt for yours.
On my 68 I have 13 molding anchors interspaced evenly over the windshield frame. Mine were undamaged and original. I would probably place more anchors at the top and then evenly down the sides. Plus I would think if you had more anchors than not you would be fine.
