We need the casting # from the heads to know what studs are in them. You can use locking nuts and spacer washers to make your rockers ajustable with either screw in or press in studs. If you have a stock cam I would not advise doing it. When I bought my performance Crane cam (272-2) it came with locking nuts and washers to use.
