I don't know what happened to the cotter pin and boot, they used to be there. Anyway, the nut's cross-threaded onto the tie rod and the center link is definitely shot. I'd been planning on rebuilding the front end, so I've already got just about everything except the center link and inner tie rod ends. Guess I'll be depleting my car fund a little more than expected.
