you have to tak the regulator out to do the job
once its out its pretty self explanitory
about unloading the spring, use a vice and be
very carefull, if you remobe the motor and
dont release the spring ( or hold it in place)
it can take your fingers off
Drill a hold throug the regulator and the arm
and slide a bolt in it, it pins the 2 together
and it wont move
put a nut on the other side for security
then drill out the rivits and reiinstall new motor
